today - my last day of term
My last day of term has been fucking awesome so far.
Starting from 12 midnight the previous day, i have been drunk, sobered up (vaguely) been to a reasonably funny tutorial (funny for a tutorial anyway), got drunk again, been to a waves and vibrations lecture... drunk... drunk some more, got a bit high, then slept and sobered up for a few hours, and now i am drinking again in preparation for the cockpit finale of the year
plus the weather has been amazing
im talking true sunglasses weather
i am happy

finally, a vague update
i just had a massive stroke (?) of inspiration, and an urge to arrange some amazing strings parts.
not very suprisingly this occured whilst watching one of the lightspeed champion studio reports.
unfortunatly
it is going to go to waste
as not only do i not have a decent program for synthesising strings
i also do not really have the time :(
luckily, i will hopefully be able to download some of the software when i get home, and then i will have shit loads of free time to write some decent anti-folk style strings/drums/guitar parts
will be rocking

What i have been doing for the last 2 hours
check out the hall chronicles myspace, the link is somewhere below, eventually there will be a new 'song' on it called cliffs of dover, take a listen.
It is completely different to all the electronic stuff i have uploaded before. ok i have tried to upload it to here as a video. hopefully it will work.

update
as i have not posted here in a while
or at least, not posted anything with much meaning
apart from relating to a possibly definite libertines reunion...
wellll, i have not been up to much over the last few weeks, on friday i got so drunk i couldnt remember anything the morning after, well, apart from random flashbacks of me going up to people in my hall and hugging them.... the videos are on facebook! they are funny.
today i had two lectures, i went in for neither of them. a maths workshop and a computing lecture, neither of which i actually do any work in.
instead, i went in to uni to get basic provisions (being shampoo, nme (for the first time in a while), envelopes and stamps) .
that is all
